To provide a negative pressure regulating mechanism for adjusting negative pressures which occur in an open ceiling of high-rise buildings, and high-rise buildings with the negative pressure regulating mechanism.SOLUTION: A negative pressure regulating mechanism 10 is installed at a roof floor 14 of a high-rise building 12, and it has a rotatable wind receiver 22 which turns around the circumference of an opening 18a of an open ceiling 18 in a high-rise building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
