A machine learning-based future innovation prediction method and system are disclosed. A machine learning-based future innovation prediction method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: collecting patent data for each of preset companies, data related to R&D of each of the companies, and performance data for a preset period; classifying each of the collected data into feature sets for each feature; and predicting the future innovation of the corresponding company based on machine learning to which the classified feature sets are input, wherein the collecting includes the number of claims for each of the registered patents of a preset period for each of the companies , assignee, number of assignees, inventor, number of inventors, number of preceding citations and number of following citations can be collected.
