Problem to be solved: to provide a system and method for detecting illegal transactions across a plurality of electrical energy markets.The method receives electronic (EC) data including a transaction set for a predetermined trader obtained from the settled energy data and bidding energy data over a plurality of time increments within a predetermined period of time.Set a set of feature attributes for each transaction set.Each transaction set is detected as a true transaction, or some type of abnormal transaction among multiple abnormal transactions, using the trained abnormal trading module with the set of feature attributes.A control command is generated based on the abnormal transaction of the type detected.A control command is output to the corresponding controller.The controller controls the power generation for a period of time or controls power consumption based on the abnormal transaction of the type detected.Diagram
