PASSIVATION ADHESIVE, PASSIVATION METHOD, AND PASSIVATION APPARATUS

A passivation adhesive, a passivation method, and a passivation apparatus, relating to the technical field of solar photovoltaics. The passivation adhesive comprises a silicon oxide precursor solution, in which 3-10 g of ascorbic acid powder and 90-100 g of thiourea are added per liter of the silicon oxide precursor solution to form the passivation adhesive. The silicon oxide precursor solution comprises tetraethyl orthosilicate, methyltriethoxysilane, an acid-base catalyst, a tetraethyl orthosilicate solvant, and deionized water. In the silicon oxide precursor solution, the mass percentage of the acid-base catalyst is less than 1%, and the respective mass percentages of the tetraethyl orthosilicate solvent, methyltriethoxysilane, tetraethyl orthosilicate, and deionized water are 4-10%, 2-5%, 50-65%, and 10-15%. The passivation adhesive reduces the reaction time for forming a SiO2 passivation layer, improves the wettability of the SiO2 passivation layer, prevents the SiO2 passivation layer from fracturing easily, increases the thickness of the SiO2 passivation layer, and improves passivation of cut surfaces.
