The present invention relates to the technical field of lithium ion battery separators, and particularly, to a preparation method for a three-layer co-extrusion lithium ion battery separator. An annealing box used in the method comprises a box body, a motor, and a sealing cover; uniformly-arranged heating plates are fixedly connected to the inner surface of the box body; a driving shaft is horizontally provided in the box body in a front-back direction; a first driven shaft and a second driven shaft are respectively provided at the left and right sides of the driving shaft in the box body; an interlayer film is wound between the driving shaft and the first driven shaft in the box body, and the interlayer film is connected horizontally; a separator is wound between the driving shaft and the second driven shaft in the box body, and the separator is connected obliquely. By means of the invention, the controllable annealing temperature is realized, the external environment is isolated, the influence of the external environment on the separator is avoided, and the heat uniformity of the separator is ensured, and therefore, the produced separator is stable in quality and large-scale rapid production requirements are met.
