The present invention integrates the entire stucco wall without removing the bricks of the existing stucco by simply applying a fiber-reinforced mortar to the outer surface of the stucco wall of an existing masonry building in which the stucco wall is installed on the front of the structure, then curing and hardening to reinforce the earthquake resistance. It is about a method for earthquake-resistant reinforcement of a masonry building by applying a fiber-reinforced mortar that can be used as a structure that resists lateral force and can be reinforced in a residential state by minimizing dust and noise during construction. The present invention is for seismic reinforcement of an existing masonry building in which a stucco is constructed so as to be spaced apart from the structure by stacking a space on the front of the building structure, comprising the steps of: (a) removing foreign substances from the outer surface of the stucco; (b) applying fiber-reinforced mortar to the outer surface of some of the stucco bricks of the stucco wall; (c) curing and curing the fiber-reinforced mortar, while removing the stucco brick on which the fiber-reinforced mortar is not constructed to form a space in the stucco; (d) drilling an anchor hole in the front surface of the structure through the space; (e) constructing an anchor in the anchor hole; and (f) filling the space portion with fiber-reinforced mortar; is comprised of
