To provide a system for enabling a client to request a help from an easily operated terminal without causing a battery exhaustion even if left for a long time and enabling a membership to spontaneously contribute to society when the membership has some free time.SOLUTION: A volunteer activity support system includes an LPWA for a client and a server system. The server system receives a help request specifying a current position from the client LPWA terminal, and when a membership accesses an SNS, presents the membership an unresolved help request occurring near the current position of the membership. Further, when an ID image of the client LPWA terminal is received from a mobile terminal of the membership, the corresponding support request is regarded as resolved, and acquired points of the membership are added. It stores the total points earned across multiple memberships, and calls for sponsorship of the total points on the network.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
