The present invention relates to a system and method for analyzing a user's underwater motion using a machine learning-based smart kickboard. A user's underwater motion analysis system using a machine learning-based smart kickboard according to an embodiment of the present invention is a user's swimming stroke posture correction, rehabilitation training through underwater movement, or sensor-based underwater movement monitoring and analysis. a kick plate having a built-in space for installing an electronic device in a predetermined portion of the body; a sensor for measuring the movement of a user operating in swimming or underwater using a kickboard; a microprocessor that controls the state check and operation of the sensor and the wireless communication module, and classifies and analyzes the user's swimming or underwater motion by inferring the data measured by the sensor using a machine learning model; a wireless communication module for wirelessly transmitting data classified and analyzed by the microprocessor to an external device; and power supply means for respectively supplying driving power to the sensor, the microprocessor, and the wireless communication module.
