The invention relates to psychology and is aimed at developing, monitoring and changing behaviour in social groups using visualisation of psychosocial processes. Psychosocial development of an impending behavioural change is carried out, which consists of studying a behavioural environment and a targeted behaviour prior to performing psychosocial work, reporting, using numerical indices, on the state of a baseline behaviour and a behavioural environment, developing and using new stimuli of the behavioural environment in the work, said stimuli being aimed at changing the behaviour of a social group to achieve a set task, developing methods for monitoring upcoming work and markers aimed at periodical testing of execution of a set task. The method comprises directly working on changing the behaviour of a social group, periodically monitoring work, and compiling a numerical report on the result of work performed, which reflects the changes taking place, in order to change a behaviour without using coercion on the members of a social group, in accordance with the behavioural psychology principles of operant and respondent conditioning.
