The present application provides a solution for extending the opening time of the fertilization opening of fish eggs and a method for introducing exogenous genes through the fertilization opening, which belongs to the technical field of research and production of transgenic fish, the solution using water as a solvent and 6 g Sodium chloride, 0.15 g potassium chloride, 0.1 g calcium chloride, 0.1 g sodium bicarbonate, 0.1 g sodium dihydrogen phosphate and 1 g glucose per liter. The solution provided by the present application can extend the opening time of the fertilization opening of the fish eggs so that the exogenous genes can penetrate directly into the fish eggs.
