SECURITY ELEMENT COMPRISING MICRO-REFLECTORS FOR A PERSPECTIVE REPRESENTATION OF A MOTIF

A two-dimensional security element (2) comprising micro-reflectors, wherein the micro-reflectors (51, 52, 53) are arranged as a micro-reflector pattern in a principal plane of the security element. The micro-reflectors present a motif (30) constructed from image points (31, 32) to a user, said motif appearing to the user as lying outside of the principal plane of the security element. Two of the micro-reflectors are adapted in each case to generate one of the image points (31, 32) of the motif (30) appearing to the user as lying outside of the principal plane. The micro-reflector pattern comprises a plurality of groups (55, 56) of micro-reflectors. Each of the groups is provided to present to the user a perspective view (30') of the motif following the tilt of the security element (2) about an axis lying in the principal plane. Image points (31, 32) of the motif (30) are displaced by displacement ranges (r1, r2) of different lengths by way of the tilting.
