High precision screen printing with submicron uniformity of metallization material on green sheet ceramics

High precision screen printing is described that allows submicron uniformity of the metallization material printed on the green sheet ceramic. In some examples, a metal-containing paste is screen printed onto a ceramic green sheet with an electrical trace pattern, and the printed green sheet is processed to form a workpiece carrier pack.
