PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress clinical judgements from changing before and after a computation upon applying a computation of a measurement value obtained by use of certain measurement conditions to a value when using a different measurement condition, in a clinical examination.SOLUTION: The measurement method is a measurement method that measures an examined substance 90 to be included in a biological sample on the basis of a prescribed measurement principle. The measurement method is configured to: acquire a first measurement value 11 of the inspected substance 90, using a first measurement reagent 10; and compute the first measurement value 11 into a computation value 22 when measured by use of a second measurement reagent 20, using computation information 30 designed so as to associate a first cutoff value 15 with respect to the measurement value obtained by use of the first measurement reagent 10 with a second cutoff value 25 with respect to a measurement value obtained by use of a second measurement reagent 20 different from the first measurement reagent 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
