A method and apparatus for processing an adaptive flow table is disclosed. When resource scheduling is performed, the terminal device or data stream that performs uplink data transmission in the scheduled period is determined, the corresponding flow rule of the terminal device or data stream is queried, and the detected flow rule flows. When the table is updated and a data packet is received, the corresponding processing is performed on the data packet according to the flow rules in the flow table.
