Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are a positioning circuit board, a guide rail for mounting an electronic price tag, and the electronic price tag. The positioning circuit board comprises: a circuit board body; a high-voltage contact line and a low-voltage contact line arranged on the surface of one side of the circuit board body in parallel; a power supply, a high-voltage output end of the power supply being connected to the high-voltage contact line, and a low-voltage output end of the power supply being connected to the low-voltage contact line; and at least one positioning detection circuit, arranged at intervals along an extension direction of the high-voltage contact line, the positioning detection circuits being connected in series between the high-voltage contact line and the low-voltage contact line, and the positioning detection circuits respectively corresponding to different detection voltage values. The positioning circuit board can be applied to the guide rail provided on a goods shelf and used for automatically positioning the electronic price tag mounted on the guide rail.
