Vehicle (11) for administering a liquid substance to agricultural lands, having a displacement member (13) in which an outer surface (15) is defined adapted to come into contact with the ground on which the vehicle is working, said vehicle (11) comprising at least one liquid substance dispenser (17) associated with the displacement member (13) and including a carrying element (21) which is intended for carrying a liquid substance and has an inlet opening (23) for the liquid, said inlet opening (23) being proximal to the displacement member (13), and a dispensing opening (25) intended for dispensing said liquid and distal to the displacement member (13), and a movable element (29) which at least partially surrounds the carrying element (21) and is adapted to assume a first configuration of closing of the dispensing opening (25), said first configuration being distal to said outer surface (15), for preventing exit of the liquid, and a second configuration of opening of said dispensing opening (25), said second configuration being proximal to said outer surface (15), for allowing dispensing of the liquid.
