To provide a medical handpiece oil supply maintenance device which can shorten a time for collecting oil mist from a housing chamber.SOLUTION: A medical handpiece oil supply maintenance device 1 includes: a housing 10 provided with a housing chamber IS housing a medical handpiece; and a pipe line RP communicating with the housing chamber IS of the housing 10. The pipe line RP collects oil mist flown into the housing chamber IS via the medical handpiece. The pipe line RP includes an ejector EP sucking the oil mist.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
