To provide a plant operation simulator which can easily replace a simulation target.SOLUTION: According to one embodiment, a plant operation simulator includes: a model database; a body part; and a simulation support device. The model database stores model data on a state of a plant. The body part simulates driving of the plant, using model data read from the model database. The simulation support device stores or creates data which satisfies a simulation condition for the body part, converts the data into model data, and replaces the model data in the model database.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
