A reinforcing fiber prepreg having a thermosetting resin as a matrix, wherein a part of the reinforcing fiber prepreg is a low-adhesion region that has been subjected to a tack-reducing treatment, preferably the resin reaction rate of the low-adhesion region is 0.1% to 20% reinforcing fiber prepreg, a tape and a roll obtained from the reinforcing fiber prepreg, and a method for producing the reinforcing fiber prepreg and the reinforcing fiber prepreg tape. It is possible to provide a reinforced fiber prepreg tape in which the tackiness that can be suitably applied to the transport of AFP is appropriately reduced while using a simple technique.
