The present disclosure relates to the technical field of computers. Provided are methods and devices for comment information display and interaction, an electronic apparatus, and a storage medium. The method for comment information display comprises: acquiring comment information of multiple target videos in a video set; generating an overlay comment file according to the comment information; and when playing any target video in the video set, performing, according to a preset playback rule, segmented loading with respect to the overlay comment file, and scroll displaying the overlay comment file to display respective pieces of the comment information. In the solution of the present disclosure, comment information in an overlay comment file is preloaded so as to reduce the loading time of respective pieces of the comment information, thereby enhancing the efficiency of displaying the comment information.
