The present invention enables fatigue of the forearm to be minimized by wearing a guard on the forearm (from the elbow to the wrist) and fixing a handle part of a fishing rod to the worn guard, and also enables elbow disorders, etc. to be prevented. The configuration of the present invention comprises: a guard main body configured to wrap around a portion of the lower part of the forearm and be in close contact with the lower part of the forearm; a fishing rod fixing means which is provided on the guard main body and allows the handle part of the fishing rod to be fixed or separated; and a binding means provided on the guard main body so that the guard main body can be fixed to or separated from the forearm, as needed.
