A method for manufacturing long rods with a diameter of 3÷10 mm from a superelastic alloy of the titanium-zirconium-niobium system, including obtaining a semi-finished product by cross-screw rolling from an ingot and rotary forging of the semi-finished product on a rod of the final size. Before cross-screw rolling, the ingot is subjected to multi-axis forging with a true degree of deformation of 0.15÷0.25 of the total true degree of deformation. Cross-screw rolling is performed with a true degree of deformation of 0.45÷0.65 of the total true degree of deformation. Multi-axis forging, cross-screw rolling and rotary forging are carried out with intermediate exposures at temperatures of 950÷1050°С, 900÷950°С and 600÷750°С, respectively. ;EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain bars with high strength and superelasticity at room temperature. ;1 cl, 5 tbl, 1 ex
