Monolithic watch regulator (7), made of a single plate (9), comprising:-an external rigid element (10),-an inner rigid element (11),which is surrounded by the external rigid element (10), a majority of elastic suspensions (12),which connect the outer rigid element (10) to the inner rigid element (11) and allow oscillating rotational movements between the outer rigid element (10) and the inner rigid element (11) around a rotating axis (Z) running vertically to the plate (9), thereby characterized, that the inner rigid element (11) comprises a majority of arms (13) that are rigidly connected to each other, the arms (13) being distributed around the axis of rotation and leaving between them free angular spaces (14) that lie radially outside the inner rigid element (11), where the elastic suspensions (12) are arranged in the free angular spaces (14).
