To provide an ultrasonic endoscope that is easily cleaned.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic endoscope includes: an endoscope head body 11 which is arranged on an insertion part tip side of the endoscope and provided with a raising base chamber 12 opened continuously to the end and side surface; a convex type ultrasonic head 40 which is arranged on the end of the endoscope head body 11 and can form the ultrasonic scanning surface of transmitting/receiving an ultrasonic signal in the same direction as the side surface; and a raising base 20 which is arranged in the raising base chamber 12 and rotatably fixed with screws.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
