PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple toilet which is not required to be subdivided into sachets or the like and can be repeatedly used by an unspecified number of users, and a treatment agent used for the toilet. A simple toilet includes an excrement tank 1 and a treatment agent tank 2 for charging a treatment agent into the inside of the excrement tank. The treatment agent tank has a treatment agent charging portion 22 having a range of at least 1/2 arranged outside the side of the excrement tank and opening a part of the wall surface of the tank body, and the tank body. It is provided with a guide surface portion 23 that is continuous with the bottom surface portion 20 and extends toward the excrement tank side from the treatment agent charging portion, and the treatment agent charging portion is directed downward from a state in which the bottom surface portion of the tank body is substantially horizontal.
