Novel aminoalkanoic acid derivative compound introduced with a biphenyl group and antifungal pharmaceutical composition comprising the same

The present invention relates to functional derivatives of amino acids alanine and proline for the purpose of providing novel derivatives, salts and/or solvates thereof in which a biphenyl group is introduced into aminoalkanoic acids. The compounds of the present invention have been found to have very good antifungal and fungicidal effects. In addition, it was confirmed that it exhibits a synergistic effect when administered in combination with an existing antifungal agent. In addition, the compounds of the present invention exhibited activity against a wide range of fungi. Accordingly, the compounds of the present invention may be widely used in fields requiring the treatment of antifungal or fungicidal agents against human and animal infectious fungi, and phytopathogenic fungi.
