The present invention relates to a GIS insulation gas input/output inventory storage system, and more particularly, to accurately measure and manage the input and output of insulation gas used for insulation of transmission and distribution systems such as power plants and substations, thereby complying with the UN Climate Change Convention. It is about an improved GIS insulation gas input/output inventory storage system to increase national status by making it comply.
