Disclosed is a three-dimensional stereoscopic image sculpture using two-dimensional graphic printing technology that can be lightweight and slim, while ensuring excellent durability and aesthetics. According to the present invention, a three-dimensional stereoscopic image sculpture using a two-dimensional graphic printing technology includes: a transparent panel having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; a first print pattern formed in a first area on the second surface of the transparent panel; a second print pattern formed in a second area on the second surface of the transparent panel; a rear shielding layer covering the second surface of the transparent panel on which the first and second printed patterns are formed; and a lens pattern disposed on the first surface of the transparent panel and formed at a position overlapping the second printed pattern.
