The present invention selects an impressive scene from a story, forms a three-dimensional picture on the surface, and assembles a storyboard equipped with an RFID tag with a built-in voice file of the story in the main body and operates it. We provide a diorama audiobook device for the visually impaired that can double the fun of reading by touching a three-dimensional illustration of a scene with one's hands and listening to the contents with sound. The diorama audiobook device for the visually impaired of the present invention includes a main body on which a speaker and a control unit are mounted, and a three-dimensional picture that is detached from the main body and expresses a specific scene in the story is formed on the upper surface, and the audio file of the story about the specific scene is formed.
