The present invention selects an impressive scene from the stories to form a three-dimensional figure on the surface, and assembles and operates a story board equipped with an RFID tag in which the voice file of the corresponding story is embedded in the main body. We provide a diorama audiobook device for the visually impaired that can double the fun of reading by listening to the contents through sound while touching the three-dimensional illustrations of the scene with their hands. The diorama audiobook device for the visually impaired according to the present invention includes a main body on which a speaker and a control unit are mounted, and a three-dimensional picture representing a specific scene in a story is formed on the upper surface of the main body, and a voice file of the story about the specific scene is formed. It includes a story board equipped with a built-in RFID tag.
