According to the present invention, a photocurable composition for 3D printing using a bio-epoxy acrylate resin by reacting child carbide, a natural bio material, and bio-epichlorohydrin, has excellent tensile strength despite the small amount of the bio-epoxy acrylate resin. strength characteristics can be obtained. The manufacturing method of the photocurable composition for 3D printing according to the present invention comprises the steps of (a) providing a bio-epoxy acrylate resin including a child carbide in a main chain and an acrylate group at the end; (b) mixing the bio-epoxy acrylate resin with the urethane acrylate oligomer, an acrylic monomer, and a photoinitiator to prepare a photocurable composition for 3D printing; including, wherein the main chain of step (a) includes isosorbide And, the bio-epoxy acrylate resin including an acrylate group at the terminal (a1) forming a first compound by mixing the child carbide and epichlorohydrin represented by [Formula 1] in the presence of a hydroxide; (a2) preparing a bio-epoxy acrylate resin by reacting the first compound with acrylic acid.
