Distributed storage-based message storage method and apparatus therefor according to an embodiment of the present invention are provided. A distributed storage-based message storage method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: receiving a message based on a publish-subscribe-based message protocol from a client device; converting the received message into data based on a distributed storage-based message protocol and storing it in a cluster server; generating index data including identification information of data stored in the cluster server and a storage location in which the data is stored using an offset assigned to the message; and storing the generated index data in the cluster server.
