The present invention provides a block body comprising cement and/or loess soil, a core material contained in the block body or filled in a hollow inside the block body, and a core material comprising a chelating composition comprising a humic material and fossilized stone. It is about a block-type artificial reef. Metal salts contained in shell fossils and various mineral components dissolved in seawater are converted into chelate forms by humic substances so that marine organisms can ingest them and prevent de-whitening of seawater. In addition, it is possible to absorb odor components such as ammonia in seawater by adopting a humic acid having a pore structure. By using the artificial reef according to the present invention, it is possible to prevent sea desertification by naturally forming a food chain in the surrounding marine ecosystem.
