The present invention relates to an intelligent multimedia job matching system and method using job training for the disabled. The intelligent multimedia job matching system uses a customized education solution, an intelligent multimedia job matching solution, and a recommendation-based recruitment relay solution to relay the optimal employment for the disabled between job seekers and job seekers with disabilities by providing job training contents for the disabled. The intelligent multimedia job matching system converts multimedia self-introduction and multimedia company introduction into visualization data and provides it to disabled job seekers and job seekers. The intelligent multimedia job matching system recommends a job seeker optimized for the type of disability, degree of disability, and job ability of the disabled job seeker and relays the recruitment. According to the present invention, it is possible to implement a customized total recruitment platform specialized for the disabled by integrating and managing from job training before employment for job seekers with disabilities to career management after employment relay and employment.
