The present invention relates to antibodies and immunoreactive fragments thereof that bind to the extracellular domain of the B7H3 (B7-H3) molecule and to their use, in particular to their use in the treatment of cancer. The present invention particularly relates to humanized anti-B7-H3 antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof, which can enhance the activation of the immune system against cancer cells.
