Disclosed are a method and apparatus for simulating the non-equilibrium electronic structure of a nano device through multi-electron excitation. The method for simulating the non-equilibrium electronic structure of a nano device according to an embodiment of the present invention is a channel of the nano device based on the first principle and information on the upper approximation calculation method and information on the atomic structure of the nano device. , receiving area information and applied voltage information of each of the first electrode and the second electrode; classifying the wavefunctions generated through the first principle and the upper approximation calculation method into a channel of the nano device, each region of the first electrode, and the second electrode based on spatial distribution; generating a Fermi-Dirac distribution function according to the electrochemical potential of each of the channel, the first electrode, and the second electrode based on the classified region information and the applied voltage information; calculating the non-equilibrium electron density of the nano device using a Fermi-Dirac distribution function corresponding to region information of the channel, the first electrode, and the second electrode, and wave functions of each classified region; and obtaining information on the non-equilibrium electron structure of the nano device based on the calculated non-equilibrium electron density.
