The farm is started. The aquaculture farm includes a water storage unit configured to store hot or cold water therein; a water tank unit configured to store water therein, and configured to receive living organisms capable of living in the water; a water circulation unit provided with a coil for circulating water and connected to the water storage unit through a pipe so that the water supplied from the water storage unit circulates in the aquaculture farm; an air heat recovery unit configured to increase the temperature of the water stored in the water storage unit by recovering air heat of the exhaust discharged from the farm; a pump unit configured to transfer the water stored in the water storage unit to the water circulation unit or the water tank unit; and a control unit configured to control the operation of the pump unit so that water is transferred from the water storage unit to the water circulation unit or to the water tank unit. According to the present invention, the burden of consumption costs is reduced even if the farm is operated for a long period of time because boilers and chillers that raise or lower the temperature of water by using electric power are not used or the number of irrigation is reduced.
