Disclosed is a plant factory. The plant factory comprises: a water storage unit configured to store hot or cold water therein; a plant rack containing a plurality of plants and including a light source for providing light to the plants; a water circulation unit provided inside a coil for circulating water, connected to the water storage unit through a pipe, and configured to circulate the water supplied from the water storage unit through the plant factory; an air heat recovery unit configured to increase the temperature of the water stored in the water storage unit by recovering air heat of the exhaust discharged from the plant rack; a pump unit configured to transfer the water stored in the water storage unit to the water circulation unit; and a control unit configured to control an operation of the pump unit so that water is transferred from the water storage unit to the water circulation unit. According to the present invention, a boiler and a chiller for raising or lowering the water temperature by using electric power are not used or the number of uses is reduced such that the burden of the consumption cost is reduced even when the plant is operated for a long time.
