The present examples use an amphiphilic polymer having both hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties, and a carbon polymer compound having high stability and high reliability capable of maintaining high electrical properties while maintaining a high degree of dispersibility in the carbon polymer compound for more than 150 days. A dispersion and a method for preparing the same are provided.
