The present invention relates to a platinum paste composition having high permeability and capable of forming a large area for use in a sensitized solar cell, a method for manufacturing a counter electrode using the same, and a sensitized solar cell including the counter electrode manufactured by the same. The platinum paste composition according to the present invention shows high transmittance through a simple process by adding a binder resin and a specific platinum precursor, platinum (II) acetylacetonate, in a specific ratio to an organic solvent, and has a specific viscosity on the transparent substrate. Since it is applied in a uniform thickness and maintains a uniform transmittance without deviation in transmittance, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell module according to the light irradiation direction is also reduced, thereby improving overall solar cell performance.
