Process for the capture and identification of cellular agglutinates s for detection of multiplex anti-erythrocyte antibodies The present invention relates to an in vitro method for detecting anti-erythrocyte antibodies in a sample, comprising at least the following steps: a) bringing said sample into contact with one or more erythrocyte (s) test (s) or erythrocyte suspension test (s) of known phenotype, under conditions liable to induce haemagglutination, so as to obtain a reaction mixture; b) contacting said reaction mixture with a solid support containing a plurality of delimited adsorption zones having previously fixed antibodies or antibody fragments capable of binding antigenic determinants present on said erythrocyte (s) test (s) ; c) determining the presence or absence of a hemagglutination reaction on at least one of said adsorption areas, so as to detect the presence or absence of anti-erythrocyte antibodies in said sample; said steps a) and b) being carried out separately or simultaneously.
