The present invention relates to a liquid medicine injection device comprising a pump module having symmetrized driving time, a driving time symmetrization method, and a recording medium thereof. Particularly, the present invention comprises: a pump module comprising a shaft which linearly reciprocates along one direction; a rotating part comprising a first end, which is connected to the shaft, and a second end which rotationally reciprocates by means of the reciprocating motion; at least one sensor for obtaining contact time information of a contact with the second end; and a control unit which determines the driving time of the pump module on the basis of the contact time information and decides the additional driving time of the pump module on the basis of the driving time.
