The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology which makes it possible for a terminal and a flat cable to be connected via solder at an appropriate position. This terminal-equipped flat cable is provided with a flat cable including a conductor and a covering layer covering the conductor, and a terminal electrically connected to the conductor via solder. A conductor-exposed part in which the conductor is exposed is provided at an end of the flat cable, the solder is provided on the conductor-exposed part, the terminal includes a cable connection part located on the conductor-exposed part, and a counterpart connection part protruding from the cable connection part to the outside of the flat cable, and a region joined to the solder in a surface facing the conductor-exposed part of the cable connection part is located closer to either a front end or a back end along the longitudinal direction of the conductor-exposed part.
