The purpose of the present invention is to provide a foot dorsum length-adjustable slipper comprising a movable cover that can move in the longitudinal direction along a cover part (120) of a main body, so that the area of a part covering the foot dorsum can be adjusted according to the foot size of a wearer or the weather, and thus various people can conveniently wear the slipper. The foot dorsum length-adjustable slipper according to the present invention comprises: a main body (100) including a sole part (110) and a cover part (120), which covers the foot dorsum by being formed to be protrude upward on the sole part (110); and a movable cover (200) which is formed to protrude upward on the sole part (110), and which slides in the longitudinal direction of the cover part (120) so as to adjust the covered area of the foot dorsum.
