The present invention relates to: a primer set, for a multi-isothermal amplification reaction, capable of simultaneously screening and detecting Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) and Nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM); and the like. Through the invention, MTB and NTM can be promptly and accurately detected and can be diagnosed by screening, even without heavy and complicated PCR apparatuses, and therefore, the present invention is expected to be used for a molecular diagnostic test method that replaces existing tuberculosis detection methods.
