A living organism photoacoustic detection system, a biological information detection apparatus, an electronic device, and a living organism detection method. The living organism photoacoustic detection system comprises a light source module (10) and an ultrasonic treatment module (20). The light source module (10) is used for emitting detection light to an organism. The ultrasonic treatment module (20) is used for receiving an ultrasound sent by the organism, and transforming the received ultrasound into an electrical signal. The projections of the light source module (10) and the ultrasonic treatment module (20) on a first surface are arranged in a first direction. The first direction is the direction of a tangent line of the first surface of the living organism photoacoustic detection system. The first surface is a surface where the living organism photoacoustic detection system emits the detection light and receives the ultrasound. According to the system, the light source module (10) and the ultrasonic treatment module (20) are independent from each other and are arranged side by side; therefore, the ultrasound received by the ultrasonic treatment module (20) can be protected from the influence of the light source module (10), or the detection light emitted by the light source module (10) can be protected from the influence of the ultrasonic treatment module (20).
