The present invention provides a recipe recommendation method, a refrigerator, and a computer-readable storage medium. The recipe recommendation method comprises: acquiring at least one preferred recipe; recording necessary ingredients in the at least one preferred recipe; acquiring optimal states of the necessary ingredients in the at least one preferred recipe; monitoring states of the necessary ingredients in a refrigerator; determining whether or not the necessary ingredients have reached the optimal states; if a necessary ingredient has reached the optimal state thereof, acquiring a preferred recipe corresponding to the necessary ingredient; and making a preferred-recipe recommendation. In the present invention, the storage states of ingredients in a refrigerator can be monitored according to optimal states of necessary ingredients in recipes preferred by a user. Then, when a necessary ingredient has reached the optimal state thereof, a preferred recipe is recommended, indicating to the user that the necessary ingredient can be cooked using a cooking method listed in the preferred recipe. In this way, food preparation and ingredient storage in refrigerators can be arranged according to user preferences so as to better suit the lifestyle of users.
