A sentiment lexicon construction method. The method comprises: preprocessing corpus data to obtain a word list subjected to word segmentation; performing word vector training on the preprocessed corpus data to obtain word vectors; determining the similarity between each word in a lexicon word list comprising the word list subjected to word segmentation and each of a plurality of PAD seed sentiment words, the plurality of PAD seed sentiment words having a plurality of corresponding standard PAD values; and determining the PAD value of each word in the lexicon word list according to the plurality of standard PAD values and the similarity so as to form a sentiment lexicon.
