The present invention provides a method for preparing a microcomposite of nickel-palladium and carbon nanotubes, the method comprising the steps of: preparing a carbon nanotube dispersion, a palladium-forming solution, and a nickel-forming solution; and mixing the carbon nanotube dispersion, the palladium-forming solution, and the nickel-forming solution to form a fine powder-type nickel-palladium alloy on the surfaces of the carbon nanotubes by an electroless plating method. A microcomposite of nickel-palladium and carbon nanotubes, prepared by the preparation method, can ensure excellent productivity due to a very simple manufacturing process, and an electromagnetic wave-shielding material comprising the microcomposite of nickel-palladium and carbon nanotubes can be sprayed in the form of an electromagnetic wave-shielding solution onto a base, thus enabling the manufacture of an electromagnetic wave-shielding film, which is advantageous in realizing a large area.
