Development of purine base derivatives.Solution: the guanosine derivative compound represented by the following formula, R1 and R2, either one of which is h and the other is represented by H, oh, OCH3, F, and R3 is represented by either a compound having a double bond or a triple bond, a compound having an azido group, and an annular compound. R4 is a guanosine derivative compound characterized by either h, phosphoric acid, diphosphate and triphosphate.Thus, it is possible to carry out the nucleic acid labeling by using the guanosine derivative having the substituent at the 8th place.1Diagram
